This is the standard workplace and Department of Transportation drug screening test.
Urine screening test for:
- amphetamines
- barbiturates
- benzodiazepines
- cannabinoids (marijuana)
- cocaine metabolite
- opiates (codeine, morphine only)
- phencycidine (PCP)
In your case, this test is Not for employment, nor for Department of Transportation (though this is the standard test). The results are only for your personal information. Test results only go to you.
Confidentiality. You may use an alias. To do so, simply use a different name and address in the patient information field when you order your test. You do not need to show an ID when registering at the reception desk at the Patient Service Center. If asked for an ID, or to complete chain-of-custody paperwork simply tell the receptionist that yours is an Account Bill test, and the test is NOT chain of custody. This information is available to the technician by review of your laboratory requisition form.
Preparation: You will be asked to provide a urine specimen at the Patient Service Center. At the Patient Service Center, a technician will provide you with a container and a private lavoratory for the collection.
Test results usually available within 48 hours.
