Online Corporate Health Promotion Services

- $35 per employee participant
Provide your employees with a lipid panel blood test (total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, VLDL cholesterol, triglycerides) and state-of-the-art health assessment for $35 each. Participants work directly with us to obtain their laboratory testing at one of our Patient Service Centers on their own time, then access their laboratory results and participate in the health assessment through our secure online system. Aggregate reporting is available to management with this turn-key program. We’ll take care of everything, including drafting the publicity for the program.
Other lab tests available, such as: Compressive Health Profile, PSA, TSH, and Cardio C-Reactive Protein.
